This excercise perfomed by Arnold can be completed through coöperation of al the muscles in your body. The thing is not so much phisically demanding as mentally. High concentration is needed.

  • Yup you're totally right bboy, but it's a combination of body/muscle control, concentration (you really have to BE in your body, and ofcourse technique, if you want to know more, let me know.

    Today I succeeded in getting into handstand from bakasana! Yay!
