Quick chip dip... say that fast three times. LOL Gotta love anything you make Amy! Can you use any other kind of cheeses on top though? Mozza or maybe even cheddar? This kinda makes me think of the taco fixings for dipping...yes?

hi amy I am confused...how / why did you smoosh it all into that little bowl? aren't the layers supposed to be all separate and you dig the chip into it scraping up the dofferent flavors? Or else why so carefully spread the layers into casserole to cook? I am guessing if it all ends up all smooshed together anyway, you can plop all the ingredients into a pyrex type bowl and let them all melt into each other and mix when done. right?

I knew when we started this video shoot that I would have a mental block against "Quick Chip Dip" lol. My Mom (the camera person) is so patient to wait for me get things right.
