Here is Roy Wood's W D Baldwin freshly fitted with a Chuffer - much easier than it looks! What we heard was the odd beat indicating the timing was a bit out. We adjusted it for the last few takes. The burner on this loco has a fine stainless mesh sleeve which quietens it a bit.

  • Thanks Jamie - we learned a lot about this loco on the day - last time we looked we were put off by the tiny bolts, but this time we found it was pretty easy.

  • That is a problem with garden loco, tiny bolts, if you drop them, it's pain trying to find them again! ha ha ha!
