I believe the reason pommeroy dorgan and conrad keep getting re-elected here in my beloved state of ND is that all the old farmers here only look at what they can bring home for farm subsidies and not their actions or bed-fellows in washington.

I have the same problem with Grassley, but he's a RINO. He loves pushing that Farm Bill through every six years or so.
Conrad is truly a hypocrite. Many Democrats are going through this. Bush's spending was bad enough but now they're turning a blind eye to deficits over a trillion.
