well... the music the prophet (SAW) will accept are nasheeds (songs that relate to islam) and songs which will pass the message of our religion... this song is aimed at children and not adult which is why adults may find this wrong, but i as a teenager think he can reach out to many kids with his modern music... im not to sure about which rule you are talking about but i hope ive answered your question :)
