  • @eldermlopata When the choir begins the "Amen" section, the sign language interpreter is signing verses from Revelation, not "Amen".

  • @pagerbear what is the passage that she is signing?

  • @FriendLondonFriend Hmmm, not sure I've ever heard a more pretentious reply than that of yours to jawnps but anyways this production is brilliant. I love modern interpretation of Handel's work.

  • One of the strangest Messiah performances I've every seen - very interesting. Leave it to the Germans. The music is of course fantastic. The stage performance - strange, but in a surreal sort of way.

  • I have downloaded 5 million versions after hearing this and can't find one that is more miraculous than this!!

  • OK I have this on Loop!!!

  • @FriendLondonFriend I love the music. I don't understand what the acting is trying to portray.

  • @jawnps Dear Yawnups., Are you being rude or stupid? I can't tell. Anyone familiar with the music would not say such a thing. . Even at 21 you ought to knwo that if one doesn't get something no one else can help you "get it" getting may only be obtained by the work, any work, asserting itself. . See more other interpretations of this work, that may help you. . Cheers. from, del-boy
  • Can someone explain what the acting is all about? I simply don't get it at all.

  • Thank you a thousand times for uploading this masterwork. Our choir sang these two choruses last year. They aren't easy. Although the staging is very unusual, it serves a purpose: it makes pay even more attention Handel's music. Thank you again and again.
