The Goverment should work with the mexican President to create jobs and better housing in there Country. I would not want to go back to a Country where there is no jobs,murder,drug lords, poverty, no food and no place to live. If everyone pitch in we can help them to build up mexico and maybe they will have a desire to return home.

What is keeping a Mexican from getting a Mexican passport, applying for a visa, and coming to the USA, while obeying the laws?
