Balanced lunge to Bruce Lee kick. Great for stability & mobiltiy. For more stability work do this one in a slow fashion (4-2-2), to increase the intensity add tempo and for optimal progression use the Bosu.

Is it still a hip dominant ex? Im thinking with that kick ,hip flexion sorta like a lower crunch.
