Well,Quran is just in the next room.And i am sure i read correctly,i didn't even see "scarf" word.It says like "Tell women to cover their women parts near strangers" well if you exegesis it like "women have to wear scarf" thats fine,do it.But remember,according to Arabs,also Quran says to kill women with throwing stones.
