Pretty sure it was fake. Most of the upper part of the lift is tricep; his triceps were neither apparent nor flexed. Very doubtful he can do 315.

By lifting?
I was barely getting 150 when I was 13, and got 200 when I was 14, and got 245 when I was 15, and 295 when I was 16.. now i'm 20 and weak as shit, but hey man, you gotta keep lifting.

He didn't touch his chest when he controlled it down, he'd max out on 225 easily.

Oh but they can. Check the stats. Look up NFL combine results. Even the receivers are over 200lbs. For example Calvin Johnson, a lanky speed athlete, benched 225 22 times, Julio Jones got 17, AJ Green another tall skinny reciever got 18 still!
And that is when they are coming into the NFL, by now they no doubt can do much more. The point is there are some exceptions, but on average NFL players are puttin up massive numbers regardless of position

It's tough to say because if you look at certain positions, there are some positions that require strength and some where it isn't prioritized. Linemen, linebackers, running backs it is essential, but cornerback, wide receiver, safety, it isn't necessarily the most important trait to have.
I seriously doubt those secondary players and wide recievers can routinely bench 300, but all those other positions I could see it

This is fake I agree with that. But saying the average NFL player cant bench 300 is so wrong its crazy. Most D3 college football players bench 300 let alone NFL players. Very few NFL players bench 225 less than 12
