i a bunch of people message me sayin that i faked it somehow because the sensor bar was around the wii, so i made a second one with more proof, hopefully this will show that its real. and also i wasnt the first to do this, i read it somewhere and decided to try it out, when you get a wii or have one, i suggest you try it out aswell.

  • Hey does the candle have to be on the top of the Tv???

  • hmm. good question. i dont think it will make a difference because you can place the sensor bar either on top or the bottom of the tv.

  • OMG!!! You are my god!!!! Me and my friend were having mario golf withdrawals on the wii and my cat ate through the cord for the sensor! You saved our life!!! Thank you!!

  • @jjppkmaster

    it doesn't work!

  • cool i tried it but i think sensor bar work a bit better

    but pretty AWESOME.

  • Yes this is real. The Wii-mote has an infrared camera in the front. The Wii sensor bar is just 2 sources of infrared light (and that is ALL it is). The rest of the work is done by the Wii-mote/Wii. Candles emit infrared light, so yeah this will work. For more check out what Johnny Lee has done with the Wii-mote. (He probably explains it better too)
