In New York As it is in most states, New York's energy utilities were once operated as regulated monopolies, providing the transmission wires (delivery) and the electricity you use (supply). Today in New York, consumers can choose not to pay monopoly providers for supplying electricity. Ambit Energy is now an Energy Services Company (ESCO) approved by the New York Public Service Commission to sell electric service in the State of New York. In New York, a customer's energy bill is divided into two parts—supply and delivery. The utility company charges for delivering electricity to the residence. When a customer chooses Ambit Energy for residential electricity, both the utility delivery charges and the ESCO supply charges will be included on the same bill. For some odd reason Ambit keeps sending me checks can somebody please show me how there scamming me. And honestly if sending me checks is a scam , Im really looking forward to getting scammed again, and again, and again..lol lets keep the scams coming.

@ambitfraud , I am not a representative of Ambit, but I see nothing wrong with the stipulation that this company has on pay-outs. That is not considered fraud if they spell out the terms on the contract. Your interpretation is dis-ingenious at best and you should reflect on how to overcome that issue personally.

Con Edison rates at the current moment are 12 cents per kWh Ambit Energy is 10 cents per kWh please get your facts together. Its not cool to bash someone before you have even got the facts.

Thats not true we get paid double the next month if a customer didn't pay on time the previous month. I have been receiving residual income checks from Ambit Energy for about 18 months now and on every check it shows in detail how many payments were made, Who you were paid from and double payments. So whoever is feeding you this nonsense should really get their facts straight.
