Awesome collage of what I did not want to see but needed to see as I continue to believe that some day we will understand how little power we humans have over that which is greater than us and our complete disrespect for nature will continue to tug at our very existence ...Impressive video but said it had to be shot!

but i hate the fact that there's a gap fire. gah! im going to be in SB county this week. if anybody has any updates about this fire please reply to this comment. the news isnt really doing a good job at keeping me updated on this fire D:

Enjoyed your creative dramatization of the Gap events. Although there is a destruction & danger occuring, there is also beauty in the moment and the renewal that will follow. No amatuer footage here!

Excellent. About the best extensive footage I have seen anywhere of the fire. Do you photograph commercially? You should.

I live in this town and just got back from sleep away camp and hadn't known about it untill Saturday after it started and when I turned on my cell phone I had over 50 text messages of pictures of the fire and people texting me for comfort and telling me that they had evacuated. This fire has brought the entire county together, but I am happy to say that most people are able to go back to there house only being ready to go at any moment if the winds change.
