This is a chocolate sponge cake filling with banana and chocolate icing. The sponge cake ingredients are 5 egg yolks and whites.3/4 cup of flour,1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 2/3 cup of sugar, 125g of butter, vanilla extract and 70ml of milk.Preheat the oven to moderate 180c and bake for 30 minutes or until is done. For topping and filling you need, 4 banana, 150g of chocolate, 150ml of milk or cream, melt them over hot steaming water. Add 2 yolks, whisk it well and cool it in the refrigerator. Cream butter with a tbs of sugar,then beatin the chocolate mixture.
