My lifting at the2009 Australian Powerlifting Championships [IPF]. 262.5 kg Squat [2.5 kg PR], 185 kg Bench, 265 kg Deadlift, 712.5 kg Total [2.5 kg PR], at 99.8 kg bodyweight. Dieting until 4 pm in the arvo instead of 8 am in the morning took a bit more out of me than i expected, as looking back i was running out of steam throughout the comp [7 pm - 10.35 pm]. still, i got a PR Squat and total, so not too bad. 7 weeks after this comp i will hit between 740 - 750 kg total!
