Before testing this match-up, Aether and I both believed that this will turn out to be 6-4 in Squall's favor. So we were a bit surprised to see it come down to even.

But after 10 fights, it came down to who controlled the brave. Strangely enough, in equip battles the match-up is entirely skewed in Squall's favor. We will conduct more tests and see what we will get.

Interesting, I thought Squall would have more of an advantage against Cecil, however after reading the thread on DF it's a fair summary, thanks for the match up vid.

PS - That Saint's Fall dodge was incredibly lucky at 1:20
