@megakirby9 Actualy No. On NTSC penta has the FULL stats I have PAL and Measured the speed bar with Penta and Pola And they Were the EXACT same and when i mesured it with dingodile it was far off. so i reccomend using NTSC

Just to say thank you for fielding this question for me. :). Shame you don't have that version 2auhsoj2, good luck. For the record, there's some greatly improved tactics on most tracks now, just do some youtube searching.

@2auhsoj2 In the NTSC-U (American) version of CTR, Penta has full turning, high acceleration, but low top speed. In the PAL and NTSC-J (European and Japanese) versions of CTR, Penta has full turning, acceleration, AND top speed. In NTSC-U I couldn't do better than about 1:28:XX on this track with Penta, but on NTSC-J my record is 1:19:XX, and that's without any skill improvement!
