I was going for 500, but the cops ran away from me...
Here's what happened: around 425 cops, they started becoming more scarce (and it was during an active wave, so idk why), and I found myself with no cops chasing me. So I found a roadblock (made of 2 cop cars) and rammed one, he was disabled, and I parked there next to the other one so I wouldn't "escape". Eventually he came to life and drove away from me! I was trying to keep up with him, but he hit a pursuit breaker and that was the end of him... Then I was looking for more cops, and that's when I started filming the end section of the video.

EDIT: I tuned my car after making this vid (finally)! In this video, my car's top speed was 231 mph. Now, I can reach 284 mph ,457 km/h (without drafting), and my acceleration is also significantly improved.
