I currently have 2x Frost Giant's Cleaver (heroic version) 4p T10.25 and pull off 11.5-12.5k dps in 10 mans (yes that does include 30% buff) in not the best raid setup when i did it.

Ok... With the gear u say u have u should be pulling much more off the bat... I am a frost Dw Dk myself and pull 11.5k-13k on that fight no problem and i only have a 3200 wow heroes.... lose deathchill trust me a waste of a point...
