CANBE: The Center for Animals Near Biological Extinction (www.canbe.org and facebook pages) works on cryobiology to prevent species extinction by preserving intraspecies genetic diversity. However, our studies go further: into listening to the chatter of water during cooling. Here Mike Baker is welding together copper to constantin wire that is so thin -- a fraction of the thickness a human hair and as thin as spider thread -- you have to image it is there. We are making thermocouples that allow use to observe the behavior of water molecules. We aim to make important breakthroughs. You can find higher quality video on facebook. Please help us by spreading awareness of our work. You can learn what to do to help by visiting www.canbe.org and our facebook page. Our motto is: Be a Verb; Not a Noun.
