This broadcast puts together the training principles that Officially Fit fully endorses. The High Intensity Training (HIT) method was first introduced by Nautilus and Arthur Jones. Officially Fit has taken the principles and adopted and modified to best suit the type of Workout best suited for Sports Officials. High Intensity Training involves full body routines with the single set theory with largest to smallest muscles in order seeking temporary muscle fatigue on each exercise. With only 12-15 exercises and 8 - 12 Repetitions each exercise, the HIT method workout routine should be completed in less than 30 minutes 2 - 3 times a week.

  • This video is to show te method of High Intensity Training and the value of single set theory. At some stages a beginner is not ready to implement the intensity that is required to see dramatic results but will improve their current state of health and fitness!
