can anyone add to the following...as of 31 July 2009, Britain has 1 surviving WW1 veteran, ex Royal naval Air service,living in Australia.....the USA has 4 surviving WW1 veterans...in 2008 Germany had 1 surviving WW1 veteran who had served in the trenches.

Harry Patch was the last surviving WWI veteran after Henry Allingham passed. Sadly, Harry Patch passed two weeks ago.
