What's the Nexus VST?
VectorOmega 4 months ago
@VectorOmega Nexus is the name of VST Rompler made by reFx required to play source version of the song in Renoise, but of course not required for rendered MP3 version. You should google for more info about each term you don't understand as it is really not that hard to find.

I just figured that this video sound is distorted a bit. YouTube added this... I can not hear it in my original WAV recording!

I like your work. What emulator did you use for the SID interference. I really liked your choice of slider effects! Great tracking. I am in need for some VSTs to use in my future chiptunes. I hear the standard saw and square samples. Also some 16bit samples. This is pretty fine for Renoise, you should Consider FL Studio.

I used only samples for SID stuff, but if you want SID emulator there is quadraSID for example. Later I mixed them with "real" instruments.
No, I'm not going to FL Studio, last thing I want to do is to replace tracker notes with bars and pipes. It is not better (in any way) than Renoise and besides, I can do all I want in Renoise as well so there is no point.
And it is better to become expert in one program than average in many of them.
