I'm nearly 15 years old and overwieght. I don't know if it's normal but I can starve myself very easily. I get hungry for about 10 minutes and then I'm fine. The only hard part about it is, not eating because I see people stuffing their faces with food and I get very tempted.

Will I have stretch marks from losing weight? I'm a college kid that used to be fit and gained alot of weight, I'm now at 215 and want to get back down to at least 185. If I lift weights and bike/play basketball while using this product, will I get fit/buff again? Also, if I was to do extreme abdominal workouts would it shorten the amount of time it takes to get abs that show? Last question, what is the stage after I stop taking the product and what do I need to do during that stage. Thanks so
