good cover, man. But, this is what I think, you use your forearms when you drum, when doing that, this takes away from your endurance and speed. Teach yourself to use your wrists, and snap with them, and you'll get the same loud effect. My name's Ryan too, so I'm just trying to help a brotha out!

do you have any tips on how to work up to that really fast snare roll at the end?

@puma0927 Yeah man. I haven't practiced this for a while but if you have a practice pad (or snare) just use that with a metronome and practice sixteenth notes at a certain speed for at least 2 minutes. Then as you get better, just keep increasing the speed on the metronome and you'll be able to get those single stroke rolls!

do you just have condenser mics on the overheads or is there more mics somewhere?

@dzendek11 I have two karaoke mics that don't do much but I have them one on my snare and one on my bass drum until I can get better mics for them!
