This token is hilarious. The reason these black cities don't succeed is because of a lack of socialist tactics. The truth is County's, and Cities all over the country are greedy. Some of the Tax Money they collect goes to the state but most goes back into the counties or cities. In rich counties, and cities the money goes back to the counties and cities. BS. Look at the stats for the percentage of Blacks who voted before Obama ran for presidency, then look at the stats for the Blacks that voted when he ran.. There was very little difference in percentage.

could someone explain why this man is called 'rev.'? Is there any credible group of ministers who support his political agendae ? His assertions are incredibly extreme. Where does he have his theology credentials from? His entire socio/political narrative is misguided & based on a 'culture of poverty' theory. Can he document "all the cases" of fathers being dismissed from the home. Sadly,his bombastic assertions help make clear why many otherwise reasonable people embrace agnosticism/atheism.
