yeah...what ever....someone forgot when the E-Class about 10 years ago miserably failed a DOT crash...the passenger compartment was so compromised....the doors came off. LOL....my point....staged crash tests are just that...and having survied a high speed offset head-on....the results were morbid for occupents of both cars. who can forget the rigged cars Volvo crash tested....the results were rigged wth carbodies made with wood in all hollow members.

@505stealth what are you even talking about? impact point of kinetic energy? that's not even a real scientific phrase and you don't make any sense. Mercedes has an outstanding history of safety and their website has safety page where numerous real-life drivers who have lived after unimaginable crashes.

that test is so rigged....any vehicle hit on the side at realistic speeds and impact points of kinetic energy....the outcome for passengers? major injuries or plain simple....DEATH
