Thursday 11th August 2011 saw the opening of Bloodstock Open Air Festival - The UKs No1 Independent Metal Festival featuring live music on the Sophie Lancaster Stage along with Comedians, Pole Dancing and other great entertainment to get the crowds ready for a weekend of metal mayhem!!

The Dark Box were there filming the full event again as the official film company and we have put together a collage of some of the bands and events that went on over the course of Thursday afternoon and evening.

The soundtrack has been provided by the Thursday Headliner Beholder - Razorline (On the Edge of Insanity)
