  • Yes, neem is a great inexpensive preventative. Use it every 10 to 14 days until the 14th day of flowering.

  • i used neem on my plants once and it seemed to work for a day or to then they were back what do you thing about using neem then when dry predator mites then after a time neem again ?

  • @MrKeg1234

If you have mites now, neem every part of the plant making sure to spray under all the leaves. Then neem again 4 day later. After that neem every 10 days and stop the 14th day of flowering. A good product to add to your neem spray is SM90. add 80ml per qt. I have seen googd results doing this. Good luck

  • @MrKeg1234 If you have mites, use neem day 1. Then 3 days later. Then once every 7-10 days until 14th day of flower. Mix neem with 80ml per qt of SM90 for a more effective control. Be persistent! Record your applications. Cover entire plant tops and bottoms of leaves.

  • @TheDudegrows what if u dont have sm90 then what?

  • i use my azamax all the way through flower long as i need to man.. better then getting mites.. cause they always bite a little into flower and basically i usually use it as a soil drench rup untill final flush. and now im just hosing down powdery mildew with dr doo rights... the azamax smell dosnt bother me whatsoever and i cant really taste it either. i even vaporized some wet trimmings yesterday off the bottum of my outdoor plant.. didnt bother me one bit.. well the steam did lol

  • @carbondalekid83 huahauhauhau

    Tanks for u help man!!

  • can i use it as a preventive before i get bugs etc.?Thesmell is horrendous and as such have been avoidng neem at all costs-- but its getting too costly losing crops!and tired of having to start from seeds every harvest

  • can i treat my plants with any of these during flowering? i heard it can cause mold.

  • @MrKeg1234 Most people seem to be ignorant when it comes to Neem. They won't use organic pesticides because they think it doesn't work. Neem does not instantly kill them. Instead it screws up their hormones..They will do everything from not lay their eggs to not eat...Basically it kills off their reproductive cycle..But you have to use it a good 2-3 times every 3 days..and then a couple times every 7 days..to make sure you catch the freashly hatched ones.

  • I alternate weekly between my oil product and a pyrthrine in potassium salts of fatty acids. The oil I use is a combination of 4 oils at .25% (rosemary oil, neem oil, cotton seed oil and one other I forgot). The pyrethrine is at 0.012% and is in a 1% solution of the potassium salts of fatty acids. If I do without the fatty acids then I want my pyrethrine to be at 0.020%. Some double spotted mites have developed a resistance to pyrethrines, and oils can clog the stomas of the plant..

  • Thx for the vid!! I'll try neem next time I get infested.

Do the plants suffer in any way from that product?

Cause I tried a "biological" product (SMC) and my babies have some hard time getting back to normal. No more mites but I think I lose the plants too. I'll never use this crap anymore.

Neem oil seems effective and harmless for plants?
