The gas pedal suits me better. Also i never do use the ebrake. i just speed into the corners and control the turns by under steering or counter steering. Also you have to know when to push on the gas when coming out of a turn so you can continue the drift. the ebrake is useless. when you drift in real life nobody uses the ebrake unless your car is an fr.
