  • I wish i didnt get angry, I scare myself sometimes and i feel out of control, I wud never be violent but i just shout sometimes i wish i was a calm cucumber

  • @izvunzemen good, no one wants your input anyway.

  • While anger is normal, we should do our best not to allow it to interfere and distract ourselves.

  • It is true, he spoke the truth.

  • @blaugranelona Death to United Nations!

  • Some people do not respond to human intelligence or reason. To say anger of no use is just false and pandering to the masses to promote/ market Buddhism. If you can harness the energy created by anger and redirect it in an efficient manner it can be extremely useful and productive. For this to work though you must already value reason and communication in general. Anger is a part of the human experience and to try and discount it rather then to control and exploit it/give it its do is unjust.

  • Lol the guy on the right must be his right hand man or something, he's proper into what he's saying.

  • passion is controlled anger

  • This bloke should smoke dmt

  • he sounds like yoda,
