I Hate e-Harmony - a (very funny) Video Essay.

This is a brief and humourous chronicle of my adventure on e-Harmony. I got no matches. In the entire world. I think it's because I'm really tall. I've got some footage of the founder of e-Harmony, Dr. Neil Clark Warren in there, and he looks like a complete religious nutjob. Enjoy!

This was great for so many reasons! I have two friends who are atheists that also had no matches. They later found each other through traditional means and now joke about the "unmatchable" being perfect matches. Screw eharmony! Also - I'm a 5'11" woman in a country where the "norm" is freakishly short at 5'4". People (usually short) have been offended at my anti-short dating policy, and I even was told that "tall women are gross." HA! And they wonder why this policy is in place?? Good luck!

I'm guessing that the other kind of people who think height is important are short guys who want a shortER girlfriend. So eHarmony is only sending you short girlfriends, because they haven't thought of the other reasons for height being important, or crossed the date from "how tall are you" with "how important is height" when selecting matches based on height.

Funny vid. When I changed from non-religious to that spiritual but not religious button the matches showed up. They've been sued several times for misleading matches about faith and also barring gays.

I loved this! And the height criteria was the same deal for me. It kept showing me guys shorter then me which is what I don't want. And I'm only 5'8" but aside from the height, it feels like a lot of other things don't match up right.

Anyways, loved the vid!
