I live in hickory, pennsylvania. Your camera crew came to my house and interviewed my mother (Virginia Smitske) and myself.

Just to up date what is going On here, we had our water sent to a independent lab for testing.

The amount of toxic chemicals was off the chart. We had the Department of Environmental Protection come to the house to take a sample of the water months ago, and we waited and waited for their report. We're still waiting. We still have had no report back from the DEP.

My landlord called the DEP and they said it was safe to drink.

The day they took the water sample, i took a picture of our water. You won't believe it! Brown oily water flows through our pipes.

DEP took three viles of this water for testing. The independent lab. told us not to drink the water, not to use it for cooking and not to use it for bathing.

Too many people have their pockets padded. What are we to do? We take quick, lukewarm showers. We do not drink the stuff and don't use it for cooking.

We buy a lot of bottled water.

Here is a picture of the brown water. It's not always this brown, but its always full of toxins!

It's strange how people are so scared of the swine flu, but when you talk about how the gas drillers are poisoning our water, people think you're crazy, or they get mad because they think they can get rich off the deal the gas company is promising.

The money is more important to them than their health.

Finally, but maybe too late for us, people's eyes are starting to open and see the truth.

Lastly they arent even made to give a list of chemicals used, the worst of these is ferrofluid which can be manipulated with vibration to create landslides and rock shifts deep underground, HAARP affects could cause an earthquake like no other.

Salt water is heavier than fresh water, common sense tells you why rocks float, they hold fresh water is why, take this away and you sink like atlantis.

Im sorry for uour loss, fracking should be a crime, it will eventually ruin fresh water in the north American Continent, sadly we the people are slaves to the design and dont have any local state or federal agency who will stop this corruptness. Worst part of it all is its going to cause the continent to sink in places and break up the usa into islands.

@bbuckhhunter No one is jealous about farmers getting money. I wish every farmer was a millionaire. I am a resident of Pennsylvania after researching the science behind the fracking process am seriously concerned about our environment and our water. A few water tanks aren't going to fix the problem.

get ahold of chesapeake and they will put tank at your house and fill it so you will have clean water. I live and bradford county and have 3 wells farthest one away is less than a mile 2 have been fracted no problems with water. Also the only ones who complain are the people with little or no acres alot of the farmers who worked hard their whole lifes are making out pretty good they finally have some good luck and people cant handle it.....dont be jealous
