Essentially a coil would bounce off of the charged plasma, but as it pusles the plasma will seak to orientate itself to the flow of electricity in the coil, so when the coil changed polarity is bounces off of it again. If you create spin or a vortex in a charged medium such as water or plasma you you can move that charged medium via the device and thus move the device, its called magnetohydrodynamics

Im just talking about Newtons conservation of momentum F=MA which is the simplest explanation, but its no different to a ping pong ball floating over the top of a sub woofer producing sound waves at 20 or so KHz, or a helicopter, in fact its kind of like both combined

put a device, similar to a microwave, called a maser, underneath a saucer shaped craft. Asemtrical electrodes produce a flow of ionised air down and around the craft. Then turn the maser on, and generate a plasma such as this. Use a toroid coil inside the craft to repulse off from the plasma ball. Flying saucer.. Done

Not done. You still have to solve the problems of counter-acting the gravity well, power source and reaction mass.

If you put some helium into the bowl on top, the plasma will form a greenish blue ball...

It's basically electricity on fire. It is contained to the fast revolving loop you see around the bowl, it eventually will melt through the gas but the since it is so hot, it dissipates in the surrounding air very rapidly.
