  • Great video, my coach actually told me that a few months ago and it's helped me a lot, is there any specific video for improving your second serve though?

  • This tip is amazing! Tried it today and did 3 or 4 double faults in a three set match. In the past it's been a lot more than that! The only reason for my double faults this time was my toss. Thanks a lot!

  • Simple but a goodie. Since serving is the only shot where you control the pace, it's all psychological when you miss.

  • Exactly... the longer you take between serves, the more time you have to reset yourself. Resetting your breathing, your focus, and distancing yourself further from that 1st failure.
