ruby has a thing for my head

F1 Savannah for some reason likes the smell of my hair or face. Normally when I get out of the shower she is just all over me and dominates me while I brush my teeth.

@PigsCanFly99 While the toothbrush may draw the cat's attention, and there is some sign that she's interested in the owner's scent, I'd say there is also a social element at play here. I have a regular house cat who does much the same, grooming my hair and eyebrows occasionaly. The cat is 'recognizing' the human's place as alpha and trying to build/strengthen its social bond by grooming the higher ranking pack/pride/group member.

I'd say it's glandular excretions that peaks the cat's interests .. it's doing the territorial thing .. interesting. Perhaps the whirr of the toothbrush motor is contributing an auditory inducement.
