This was probably part of a documentry with the talking edited out. That's why its so choppy. Either that or it was someones personal video with the bad spots edited out. The comments that try to decipher what he is really saying are sort of right. But really he's not saying anything. That's why it's called Mumbo.

"Mumbo" is a rock version of jazz scat singing. I've always liked it. It's raw, and energetic.
