A short audio clip from an interview done in the mid 80's. Mojo interviews a local Detroit DJ.(DJ, Dr.PHD.AKA Paul Humphries). The Dr. was kind enough to dig out this tape and allow me to digitize it and alter his original dance mix in order to add a dash of Funk, ala Mojo style. I hope you like it. If you have any vintage Mojo, get it digitized and out into the sunlight! We truly miss the man behind the voice. I hope he understands how much, and decides to grace the airwaves with his voice again. Lets all show him how much by supporting whatever format he chooses to return in. All for the love of MOJO.

  • Glad you like the selection. My co-worker supplied me with this clip. He is the guy Mojo is interviewing. It seems DJ's use to help each other by sharing mixes for radio shows. Local club DJ's would make mix tapes for each other. My co-worker AKA DJ Doctor PHD did some mixes for WGPR, Nat Morris, and other shows.
