Balrog/Vega ("Claw") is dead on the ground against Bison/Vega...so what choice did he have? Bison even has the tools to dominate the air-to-air game, and does three times as much damage. And "Claw" has literally no weapons against the Psycho Crusher.

i thought he used him pretty well,he did alot of wall dive stuff,but also mixed it up in the corner with rolls.

either way,claw is kinda tough against bison.

Noguchi is perhaps the go-to example for how to play Claw...really shows off his main strength, which is confounding reversal-poor characters (i.e. our Psycho-Crushering friend Vega) with wall jump attacks and rooting them to the ground for fear of eating a dive attack or an air throw if they fuck up.

And really, that's where most of Vega's strengths end; he may be fast but his walldive moves must be used very carefully against characters with fast/invincible anti-air reversals.
