Sabotage Bass Tutorial

is the bass tuned down at all? for this song? sounds like it is - especially on the bass fill...

@YaaashMichaelScott Nope, not at all, standard tuning throughout, it's played on 11/4th frets, though, so it has a tendency to sound like it's tuned 1/2 a step down (lowest note is a Ab on the E string)

a bit dark innit? but good effort anyways, thats just the way i play it, and it sounds (almost) exactly the same as the b-boys version :D

Why do you put your thumb on the E string?

@RyanTheMusicMan001 ok - cuz the guitar part is supposedly tuned down a 1/2 step and then with a drop C# (d normally) on low "E" string.
