At five minutes in the shampoo is applied and massaged through the hair. for the next four minutes before the first rinse. Which is followed by the creamy white shampoo being dribbled onto, stroked, and massaged through Sergio's wet hair. At twelve minutes the hair is rinsed again with the hair being stroked and combed during the rinse. This is followed two and half minutes later with the wet hair is combed and the conditioner applied and combed again.
