  • TONE!

Man, great playing, what pickup is in that bridge, I must know!

  • @Fendershred50 Its a suhr ssh+ bridge humbucker

  • Hey man, nice playing and tones! Which you do you recommend for a Kotzen project? The DB-1 or DB-2?

    Thanks!

  • Thanks! I actually like the db-2 for the kotzen kinda tone. His early marshall type tone. The DB-1 has some characteristics of a RAT and is abit too much grainy and too much distortion.

  • i played a db1 and it to me sounded like an old boss hm2 with a smoother gain. nice but.

this is the db2 a more od sound..

  • The db-2 is capable of both od and distortion sounds. Very versatile and one of the few pedals where the gain knobs sounds good no matter where u place it. Its just different kind of distortion. The db-2 being more marshall type and the db-1 sounding more like a proco rat. Fuzzy kinda heavy distortion.
