The Autobots (and megatron who joined the autobots by asking for peace at the end of tf3) find a sliver of the allspark (from tf2 that sam had) and used it to revive some autobots but unfortunately after this the decepticons find this sliver in sam's room and attacks sam's house (since shockwave attached himself to a satalite and located the allspark)
and they use this sliver to revive other decepticons (like devastator, scorpinok)
but the autobots manage to get it back (before the decepticons could make drones or something worse like PLANET Transformers for example) and use the last of it's pwer to revive cybertron and the transformers have their final battle on cybertron.
