Hi.
I'm trying to use the software because I'm getting error messages and all the 4 LEDs for different ride heights are lit up. I'm connecting with the cable but I'm not getting FF in the Rx window, Instead I'm getting 1 and 80.
Can you please offer some insight with this? Thank you.

1 does the engine have to be running?
2. when i unplug the cable i get an EAS fault?
