Tragedy!!

It wasn't Great White's fault in the least bit. I feel awful for them, losing Ty Longley AND having to remember that show for the rest of their lives.
Plus Desert Moon, the song they were starting when the fire broke out, is one of my favorite GW songs.

The owners are ABSOLUTELY responsible. The owners had the ultimate responsibility of ensuring that the show was set up properly and that the building's capacity wasn't violated during the show. There were 150-200 more people in that club than the fire code allowed. They KNEW the pyro was being used-AND they sold the tickets beyond the buildings capacity. They were thinking about money, not peoples safety. This is why fire codes exist, yet they blatantly disregarded them. I hope they rot.

The owners put way more people in the club than the capacity allowed, they had doors chained shut and obstructions in the doorways. It is completely the club owners fault, you know... they also have to approve the pyrotechnics, they should have known whether they were safe or not.
