  • pretty good vid. Need to unpack those graphs a bit for us so we can see more clearly which graph was which. Good work though

  • A while back there was a run on fixed rate mortgages for people wanting to fix as they saw the long term rates increase. People where then told not to worry.

    Well, I fixed for 4 years a little while before that run at 6.4 and still have 3 years on that rate.

    I wonder if it pays off.
