Saad Hebboul -- SUNSET LIGHT

Relax to the music and enjoy this sequence of Mediterranean sunset photos that I took on 07 July 2005 at the beach in Algeria. I was vacationing there with my family at a small coastal town, named "El-Guelta", some 250 miles west of Algiers. Late that summer afternoon, conditions seemed to be just right for the sky to turn golden yellow then bright red-orange as the sun approached the horizon. The sea also changed colors from light blue to dark green-gray with red-pink reflections. For a short while, the top portion of the sun stayed bright yellow while its lower half seemed to be covered by a pink-red cloud. Few moments later, the sun slowly faded away behind a veil of dark red-gray haze over the horizon. What a memorable spectacle!
