you look better without make up, you have pretty eyes but it looks better if you put the eyeliner only on the upper eyelid ;)

I think that you should put black eyeshadow on the outer part of your lid then blend some white or silver eyeshadow in the other half then only put liquid eyeliner on the top and create a winged look then you should put white eyeshadow on the inner part of your eye then add your foundation and blush (`:
