@cootmaster 1. Yes, Rodimus reverted to Hot Rod as it was the Matrix that changed him - it happened a couple of times, like in "Dark Awakening" when he didn't have it. 2. I don't know why the American series didn't carry on but in Japan they ignored this episode and created their own Series 4 revolving around the Headmasters but giving them a different origin. I prefer this by far - Headmasters is far too goofy for me though a lot of people do like it.

Galvatron never claimed that the fighting would not resume at some point.
