Weight loss on Weight Watchers Week 1 ending Weigh in results 7th June 2011 vlog2

Today June 7th 2011 I went for my first weigh in since I joined weight Watchers. I have to say I am delighted at my results. I was nervous beforehand but got the results I wanted. long may it continue at a steady pace and I shall hopefully reach my goal in 6 months. thanks for anyone who viewed my Vlog.

@WeightLossWWendling thanks a mill petal. this time round I find WW sooooo much easier and I am in the mindset and that is what it's all about to succeed. I am having urges for sweet things lately and tempted to give in, so I am not over indulging anymore, I can point it and add it in to my daily points. the support on YT is fab, really making me strive to reach my goal. I am such a novice at this VLOG thing but I think another vid is on the horizon very soon. so addictive. thanks for comment :)
